Dennis has been with the Park District Maintenance Department since 1991. In 2006 Dennis was promoted to Maintenance Superintendent and he hit the ground running. The public will see Dennis touches throughout the entire park system. Dennis and his crew desire nothing more than to have the parks in pristine condition and work tirelessly to try to achieve those results. Dennis and his wife Kathy are long time residents of Big Bear Lake.

Richard Pollerana has been with the Park District Maintenance Department since 1996. and worked in the Park industry since 1982. Richard has been recognized for outstanding achievement and going beyond the call of duty on several occasions. Richard has completed public safety class, and pool operator’s class. He is a licensed heavy equipment operator and is certified computer technician and electrical. Richard was the 2007 District Employee of the Year. Richard is in charge of the Construction Crew.

Craig Lowry

Janitorial

Craig has been with the Park District Maintenance crew since 1994. Craig has worked in grounds/custodial industry since 1974. Craig oversees the janitorial crew. He and his wife Karen reside in Big Bear City.
